Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced mid-career SuccessFactors Technical Consultant. This position can either be based in one of our offices Perth, Sydney, Adelaide or 100% WFH.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients’ processes by analysing technical requirements and developing effective configuration solutions evaluating current HR practices
  • Develop solution architectures and design documents that align with client needs and business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems
  • Perform quality assurance and testing on solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and are operating effectively
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process
  • Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritise gaps and design the implementation timeline
  • Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment
  • Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution
  • Finalise configuration: migrate the solution to productive environment, perform data migration activities, perform cut-over activities
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team, especially junior team members, and customers

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of SAP implementation experience in SF
  • Experience in provisioning systems, performing refreshes, platform configurations
  • Experience with Package Configuration Manager would be an additional plus
  • Experience in configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite.
  • Experience with the integration into employee central
  • Driving the development of systems specifications.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)
  • Additional plus, experience working in HR and be able to showcase Business Process Knowledge
