We are looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk/ Junior Accountant to help us with accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. Your goal will be to ensure our company’s daily accounting functions are accurate and efficient. We expect you to be familiar with accounting procedures and have strong numerical skills.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to

Customer invoicing and statements
AR invoicing and receipting payments
Preparing various reports for Directors
General journals and account reconciliation
Handling accounts and invoicing enquiries
Ensure the compliance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws

Your qualifications are ideally

Relevant degree in accounting or finance
A minimum of 1-2 years experience in an accounting role
Good practical experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, in particular Excel
Accuracy, high performance and close attention to detail
Organized and responsible
Professional English communication skills oral and in writing
