Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Senior/Principal Consultant to focus on project delivery of SAP SuccessFactors in Employee Central. This customer-facing role allows you to grow your skills and work with latest technology. You can work 100% from home but occasional travel for customer deliverables might be required

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of SuccessFactor implementation projects in EC as to analyse business processes, gather requirements, and develop comprehensive solution designs
  • Provide expert guidance on system integrations, data migration and technical architecture
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams
  • Provide business analysis and support in functions and processes to deliver projects on time and with expected quality
  • Provide advice, assistance and solutions to our customers through active engagement and relationship building, managing incoming requests, may they be of functional process or technical nature showcasing your HR business know-how
  • Retain ownership of customer issues until resolved or escalated
  • Present with the ability to critically analyse problems submitted by SAP users to determine root causes and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Continuously improve upon the business experience and identify solutions where efficiencies can be achieved

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or HR
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in implementing and configuring SF modules.
  • Relevant SAP certification(s)
  • Have experience working in HR and be able to showcase Business Process Knowledge
  • Ability to manage own workload independently in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and consulting skills
  • Experience in a consulting practice environment
